Engr. Oyinlola, a Civil Engineering graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, has over 26 years in consulting engineering, specializing in highway, building, transportation, and marine engineering.
Experienced in donor agency compliance, he has contributed to major projects like PTF, RAAMP, PTDF, and LAMATA. A Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (FNICE), and Nigerian Institution of Highway and Transportation Engineers FNIHTE, he is also an Associate Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Chartered Institute of Management and Leadership (ACIML).
Engr. Igboekwu brings extensive expertise across civil engineering disciplines, with a career dedicated to highway, water, and structural engineering from design to construction.
As Team Leader for Enugu State RAMP, he oversees road and hydro-structure design, construction supervision, utility relocation, and stakeholder coordination. His portfolio spans numerous projects across Nigeria’s southern, eastern, northern, and western regions.
Holding a PhD in Management from Walden University, USA, and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Bayero University, Kano, he specializes in highways, structures, and construction, with 20 years of expertise in structural projects for highways and bridges.
A Member of MNSE, FIMC, and the Chartered Institute of Transport Administration of Nigeria, he is also COREN-certified. His experience spans studies, project execution, revisions, supervision, and technical assistance in construction works.
Professor Adebayo Otitoloju is a seasoned consultant with over 30 years of expertise in research, academia, and environmental management. A recipient of the 2004 Development Co-Operation Prize (Belgian Government) and the World Laboratory Fellowship (ICSC, Switzerland), he is a Professor of Environmental Toxicology at the University of Lagos and a former visiting researcher at King’s College London.
He has advised Shell Nigeria and led environmental teams on rail, port, highway, and power plant projects. As MD of the University of Lagos Consultancy Company, he secured and executed high-profile projects while developing training programs. A serial entrepreneur, he co-founded Sierracraft Ltd, Seacoach Express, and other ventures. He is currently a Director at SPOK Capital, a SEC-regulated financial institution
Professor Shakirudeen, a Geography professor at the University of Lagos, brings over 30 years of expertise in lecturing and consultancy. A member of NCF, IAHS, NHAs, AAG, and NAHS, he has contributed to key projects, including the Lagos Drainage Master Plan, ESMPs for erosion site interventions, and the Apapa-Ido rail route development.
Olawale Folarin is an experienced Environmental Consultant with over 10 years of experience in environmental consulting and sustainability risk management with Allott Nigeria Limited. He has managed multimillion-dollar projects including Enyimba Economic City Development Project, LADOL Free Zone Projects including LADOL power plant and thermal desorption unit, the transnational Kano – Maradi Rail Project connecting Nigeria with Niger Republic, the East-West Road Project, et cetera. Other projects involving environmental assessment and regulatory approvals he has managed include the Lagos Metropolitan Road Projects in Lagos Urban Slums funded by The World Bank and Pan African Solar Farm Development Projects and transmission lines in Hadejia and Dutse, Jigawa State; and Kankia, Kano State, among others. With a PhD in Environmental Toxicology and Pollution Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, Ola combines academic rigor with practical expertise in Nigeria and Canada. Olawale worked as a Risk and Impact Analyst with Dillon Consulting, Canada where he led projects including climate change vulnerability assessment for the Trans Mountain Pipeline System across different regions of Western Canada and the State of Washington in the US. In addition, he was a co-author of the technical report for the integration of climate risk into Canadian financial institution risk frameworks in line with OSFI B-15 guidelines.
