Allott have successfully carried out numerous Public Private Partnership (PPP) Transaction Advisory Studies projects in the railways and highways sector. Some relevant project

examples are –

 

Transaction Advisory services for the remodeling and commercial development of nine (9) railway stations located at Iddo, Ebute-Metta Junction, Port Harcourt, Ilorin, Kano, Kaduna, Jos, Gombe and Enugu in association with Akintola Williams Deloitte & Adams & Moore UK. Allott’s role involved the determination ,validation and review of  the revenue and cost projections required to produce a dynamic  financial model by carrying out a technical assessment of the stations and producing prototype designs and an environmental scoping report.

 

Transaction Advisory Services: Public Private Partnership  Lot 2- Shagamu- Benin Road in association with Roughton  UK. Allott role involved The Project Involve carrying out traffic surveys such as Manual Classified Counting (MCC), Road Side Interviews (RSI), Stated Preference Surveys (SP) and Highway Inventory survey (HI) with the aim to generate traffic data for the modelling and feasibility studies report.

 

Transaction Services for Murtala Mohammed Airport Road. Allott role involved carrying out traffic surveys such as Manual Classified Counting (MCC), Road Side Interviews (RSI), Stated Preference Surveys (SP) and Highway Inventory survey (HI) with the aim to generate traffic data for the modelling and feasibility studies report.

 

Transaction Advisory Services for the Modernisation of Enugu – Onitsha Road as sub-consultants to Roughton International UK. Allott role involved carrying out traffic surveys such as Manual Classified Counting (MCC), Road Side Interviews (RSI), Stated Preference Surveys (SP) and Highway Inventory survey (HI) with the aim to generate traffic data for the modelling and feasibility studies report.
